Ms Andrea

Entering into the 13th year of teaching in MOE schools and tuition centres, Ms Andrea feels most energised in a classroom. Ms Andrea was awarded the MOE Teaching Scholarship and graduated from the National University of Singapore. She empowers students to believe in themselves through constant encouragement in their effort and progress in the subject. Firm in requiring students to build discipline such as submitting homework after each lesson, she has witnessed relatively weaker students take an interest in the subject and improve by a few grades overtime.

Her students have shared with gratitude that they are able to understand the key concepts of a topic with ease and gained deeper understanding of a section in a topic they were previously confused about.

Ms Andrea has the innate ability to connect with students and motivates them to take ownership of their lives, both in their academic commitments and relationships with family and loved ones. It is her joy and privilege to impact lives, one student at a time. Her dream is to be able to teach and empower the younger generations in developing countries through her craft.
